Part-time Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will work on a part-time basis (up to 28 hours/week). Will represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of labor and employment claims. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in VA. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should have experience with labor and employment defense and/or employment practices liability (EPL) matters. Legal project management experience is helpful.
