Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have recent family law experience, preferably 3 years. Must be familiar with drafting court forms and documents including pleadings, agreements, declarations, stipulations and discovery responses. Experience with Essential forms a plus. Must maintain their own case files for attorneys, work independently and monitor own deadlines as well as have good communication and writing skills.
