Legal Secretary Candidate will work with a variety of practice areas (Fashion Law, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Litigation). Must have 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment (preferably in a law firm) for a high-volume, fast-paced desk and must be a self-starter. Applicant must be skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Administrative skills, such as knowledge of legal document management, including scanning and creating PDF documents and management of a calendar, in addition to handling busy telephones are sought for this role. Experience with Elite billing system a plus.
