Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist with personal injury cases across the state of Texas. Perform case evaluation, investigation, and development. Comprehensive client communication. Taking/defending depositions. Oral motion argument at hearings and trial. Drafting pleadings/discovery. Managing and prioritizing caseload and deadlines. Collaboratively working with Partners and Associates as needed. Must have Juris Doctorate and 1-2 Years of experience; Texas license and member in good standing; be detail-oriented and must be able to handle a fast-paced environment; long-term career opportunity with lots of growth potential; self-motivated with a reliably strong work ethic possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is results-driven; gain invaluable, hands-on litigation experience in a flexible and collaborative environment. Bilingual in the Spanish language is preferred.
