Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Duties: Prepare cases involving removal defense, family immigration, employment immigration, asylum, naturalization, and crime victim visas. Independently and proactively manage caseload in a fast-paced environment including document review, preparation, and filing of immigrant petitions with USCIS, EOIR & NVC. Communicate both orally and in writing with individual and corporate clients, as well as government agencies. Monitor deadlines and expiration dates follow office procedures. Manage client communication and government correspondence. Provide exceptional customer service. Work directly with a team of attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for the clients. Take special projects as assigned by attorneys and partners. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). Highly organized, proactive, and detailed oriented. Works well under pressure and understands the importance of deadlines. Strong communication skills. Professional and courteous; positive attitude. Self-starter; quick learner; impeccable ethics. Self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized.
