Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include: Preparing and filing pleadings in federal and state court; Organizing exhibits, summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts in preparation for trial; Gathering and analyzing research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents; Researching and preparing non-party subpoenas. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
