Paralegal - Business Litigation/Property & Casualty Insurance The candidate will be assisting with the organization of client materials and attorney work products, including working with computer-based technology in document review and investigation. Should have 5-8 years of complex litigation experience in both state and federal courts in NY and NJ. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and research capabilities, in particular, in Westlaw, Bloomberg and other legal databases. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
