Corporate and Securities Law Attorney (Transactions) The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients including private placement memoranda. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have 2-3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities law transactions. Should have previous experience in law. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to build rapport with clients is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
