Legal Secretary The candidate will draft correspondence and other formal documents. Calendar hearings, meetings and schedule appointments. Greet and assist onsite guests. Answer inbound telephone calls. Develop and implement organized filing systems. Perform all other office tasks. Must have previous experience in law office, Paralegal or other related fields. Must have ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Preferably should have 1 year of 10 Key, QuickBooks, office administration and Legal profession experience. High school or equivalent (Preferred).
