Workers' Compensation Defense Paralegal The candidate will organize, maintain, and manage data and documents (extensive electronic files); Proofread; Investigate and gather facts; Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and articles; Gather documents for attorney review and case preparation; Draft correspondence and legal documents; Help attorneys prepare for hearings and trials; Finalize and file pleadings; and Communicate with clients, court, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors. Should preferably have 1+ years of workers' compensation, and MS Office experience.
