Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned.
The candidate should have JD degree from an accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing of any State Bar. 3+ years of immigration law experience required. Strong work ethic, excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills. Fluency in Spanish and English essential.
