Litigation Paralegal The candidate works very closely with attorneys, to assist and support with the drafting of legal pleadings and correspondence, scheduling court hearings and depositions, communication with clients and defense counsel, reviewing medical records, organization of client files, trial preparation, and filing legal documents with the court. Should possess 3+ years of litigation experience preferably in the personal injury area. A paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
