Adverse Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle the Firms adverse litigation docket, which includes defense of direct claims and counterclaims, as well as appeals and arbitration matters. Must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in defending claims, handling arbitration, appeals and/or jury trials is preferred. Compliance background and/or experience in claims reporting is also desired. Must be willing to travel across the state. Should have Texas State Bar.
