Family Law Paralegal The candidate will focuses on divorce, custody, modifications, and all other areas of family law. The paralegal will assist attorneys in all aspects of family law litigation from client intake through trial, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, and trial preparation, as well as assist with scheduling and maintaining the attorney calendar, updating client files, and working with our clients through each stage of the legal process. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience in family law, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to be part of a team.
