Title : Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist with telephone, in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Will be filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Manage a litigation docket of between 50 to 75 cases. Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills needed. Must have demonstrated negotiation experience. Should have Juris Doctor degree (i.e. JD). Texas State Bar licensed. 2+ years Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience is essential. Solid knowledge of Texas civil procedure and personal injury law is required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred. 1st chair trial experience is plus. Experience with Needles case management software is desired. Federal Court experience is ideal.
