Litigation Paralegal Duties: Review incoming IDS to make sure OC gave us all exhibits. Request medical records. Bates number documents. Draft, edit, review pleadings. Send lien letters. Open Medicare claims. Draft complaints, initial pleadings, discovery, disclosures and supplementals. Including but not limited to motions, subpoenas, etc. Talk to clients regarding litigation process, discovery, keep regular communication. Calendaring deadlines. Qualifications: 3-5 years working in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Experience or background in Medical Malpractice or Trucking cases is a plus.. Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills. Ability to work in a high volume- fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles, Dropbox.. Ability to take direction and follow instructions. Hard working team player looking to advance their legal knowledge and skills. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
