Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to a busy personal injury attorney. Open, manage, organize and prioritize a large case load. Request, review and summarize medical records. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of correspondence, demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Trial preparation. Establish and maintain healthcare liens. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain communication with client, insurance company and attorney. Must have 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
