Debt Defense Litigation Paralegal Candidate will consist of pleading drafting, managing a team of attorneys and coverage counsel, calendaring, filing, negotiating settlements of debt, speaking with clients, speaking with opposing counsel, performing legal research, etc. Will be assigned to our litigation attorneys, and will be assisting them with all litigation-related matters. Must have Paralegal certificate or degree, and 6 years' experience. Will be a highly organized and detailed oriented team player.
