Immigration Paralegal Duties: Manage family-based immigration cases, in particular, those involving adjustment of status and naturalization; draft applications and client letters; collect and organize exhibits for immigration applications; maintain case files; field phone calls from clients and potential clients and schedule appointments for supervising attorney; and have opportunities to participate with immigration attorneys in commynity education, if so desired.
Requirements: Must be a high school graduate; Must be fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English with the ability to write business-level correspondence in both languages; Experience with immigration cases (in particular family-based immigration) is highly desired; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment; and Must be incredibly detail oriented, self-starter, and have a strong work ethic.
