Paralegal- Immigration (Bilingual) The candidate will be research and analysis of updated immigration policies. Proofread and draft cover letters, immigration forms, and client declarations. Prepare discovery responses, review objections, and request documents from clients. Coordinate client meetings. Conduct research, document searches, and other factual research. Update and maintain internal case management software. Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. Prepare and file all court documents. All USCIS and deportation officers to follow up on requests and case status. Should have Bachelor's degree. Solid experience will be considered. Should preferably have 5 years of Paralegal experience. Should have 3 years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are required. High attention to detail, interviewing skills are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, thorough knowledge, and hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications are needed. Should be proficient in legal, case management software. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
