Litigation Attorney The candidate will supervise and quality control document reviews. Evaluate issues on privilege. Assist with managing project teams. Oversee privilege logging and review. Initial analysis of documents to help advise on best workflows using advanced Relativity features. Supplement case team by providing additional oversight, expertise, and help with managing documents and drafting of review protocols. Utilize advanced Relativity functions to locate relevant documents needed by case teams. Must have 2+ years of practice handling litigation matters. E-discovery experience with working knowledge of Relativity preferred. Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management, and a detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Juris Doctor degree (JD) and must be a member of the MO State Bar.
