Promptly review and respond to communications received via phone, e-mail, client systems, opposing counsel, court staff, trustees, mediators, etc. Escalate matters when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Bar admission in good standing (any state). Should preferably have 1+ years of experience representing secured creditors/mortgage services, and Bankruptcy or Default Mortgage Industry experience. Must have competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, effective organizational, time management, problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume production environment, and the ability to work and communicate with a variety of legal, non-legal, and client stakeholders.
