Paralegal The candidate work for Plaintiffs' Personal Injury. Should have 2+ years of plaintiffs' personal injury experience including all aspects of a case from start to finish including the initial phone interview, the initial intake, directing investigation, no-fault, lost wages, client contact, obtaining medical records, preparing notices of claim, preparing settlement presentations, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Should be diligent, serious, and be able to work with little supervision on a day to day basis. Should have the ability to learn software, Saga. Spanish is a great plus.
