Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys and administrative staff. Will perform legal tasks such as drafting legal documents, assisting attorneys with preparing court filings and motions, and legal research. Perform general administrative duties such as drafting letters, answering phones, handling email communications, making copies, scanning, filing, sending faxes, printing documents, distributing/sending mail, preparing retainer agreements, creating/organizing files, assisting with ordering office supplies and replenishing office machines with paper, toner, ink, etc. Must demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn office billing and filing system. Must be able to undertake multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. 1 year of experience is required.
