Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Personal Injury The candidate will be serving in Trial preparation. Will be propounding and responding to discovery. Requesting medical records. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience with work up, including trial preparation, of plaintiffs personal injury cases. Must be familiar with personal injury law. Spanish language skills preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office essential. Familiarity with California Civil Procedure needed.
