Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: The candidate will be primarily be involved with the preparation and submission of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, permanent resident applications, and U.S. citizenship applications. Assisting immigration attorneys in assessing immigration options for corporate clients, obtaining U.S. work authorization for foreign nationals, and maintaining the valid visa status of clients foreign national populations. Preparing labor certification documents. Overseeing labor certification recruitment process. Preparing letters in support of visa petitions. Maintaining correspondence with clients. Collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients. Conducting case audits. Maintaining contact with government agencies. Researching visa application procedures and requirements. Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions. Qualifications: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years of business immigration experience. Experience in temporary work visas (including L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-1, H-1B, O-1), PERM labor certifications, immigrant visas (employment-based and family-based), consular representation, adjustment of status application, and U.S. citizenship. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred. Must be detail-oriented and highly analytical. Exceptional writing and communication skills are required.
