Personal Injury Demand Writer The candidate should be familiar with reviewing medical records, billing, and reports, identifying medical issues, familiar with medical terminology, and ability to calculate damages. The position requires experience with writing persuasive demands to insurance carriers. Must be able to express and summarize the facts, identify and address issues, create liability arguments, explain medical injuries, and be able to articulate with detail how the injuries have affected the injured Plaintiff. Prior experience drafting personal injury demands is required. Should have strong writing talent, strong communication skills, possess the ability to work with others and must be organized.
