Litigation Attorney The candidate will prepare litigation cases for trial and file Petitions. Negotiate settlements and perform legal analysis. Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions. Should have a Juris Doctor degree. Texas State Bar licensed. Should have 2 years of litigation experience and trial experience. Should preferably have strong Research/Writing skills. Prosecutor background is a plus.
