Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will perform legal research for attorneys. Communicate with client and other parties to determine client's legal situation., Resolve client's problems with insurance companies. Review medical records, police reports, and other documents to gather evidence. Meet with the client to determine whether or not a lawsuit is appropriate. Prepare documents for filing in court. Present information to the court about a client's case. Should preferably have an Associate degree. Should have experience in personal injury law. Should preferably have 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office.
