Family Law Attorney The candidate Should have 3 years of experience to join our growing practice. Responsibilities for the Family Law Associate Attorney include: Drafting petitions, motions, ex parte applications, PDDs, FDDs, DVRO, TRO; Draft/prepare correspondences to opposing party/counsel; Meet with clients; Court appearances; Depo prep and Depositions; Propound and respond to discovery; Trial preparation; Trial. Must have 3 years experience in family law. Must be licensed in California and in good standing. Must possess knowledge of the Family Code Sections applicable to custody and visitation Requests for Order.
