Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years of patent prosecution experience, with a preferred degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Material Science. Will be expected to prosecute patent applications, prepare patent non-infringement and invalidity analyses, and conduct patent due diligence studies. Excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills are required. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
