Personal Injury / Mass tort Paralegal The candidate will be joining the Civil department of an office and assist in personal injury, and mass tort related works. Will be responsible for managing the day to day needs of our personal injury and mass tort clients. Assisting clients with making doctor's appointments. Handling property damage, and maintain case files. Liaison with medical records providers and Intaking new clients along with investigations. Perform general office tasks such as mailing, scanning, etc. Experience is important. Preferably have 2+ years of handling a heavy caseload of personal injury and/or mass tort files. 1+ year of Personal Injury, Mass Tort, Law Office, and Medical Office experience is favored. Good to have personal injury and mass tort experience. Bilingual in English or Spanish is helpful.
