Bilingual (Spanish) Paralegal at Immigration Law Firm The candidate will prepare client correspondence; Draft client declarations; Prepare immigration forms and applications packages; Prepare client records and FOIA requests to state and federal courts and agencies; and Translation of client documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish; Fluency in Spanish is required (written and oral) Strong organization and attention to detail, Ability to multitask and manage heavy case load and meet strict deadlines, Computer literacy, Strong work ethic, Bachelor s Degree, 1-2 years of prior experience as an Immigration Paralegal.
