REGISTERED PRE-LITIGATION PARALEGAL The candidate should have seven (7) years strong Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation experience. Have the ability to take initiative and make things happen. Stay one step ahead in the ever-changing legal environment and effectively juggle multiple priorities to facilitate the daily operations of the professional and dynamic legal team. Responsibilities include handling complex schedules, transcription, calendaring, demands, client and insurance adjuster communications. Bilingual a plus and Client Profiles experience a plus but not required.
