Seeking Paralegal with 5 years experience. Candidate will handle transactional and litigation matters. Landlord/tenant, unlawful detainer and commercial lease experience is a big plus. Firm also handles real estate, construction, TCPA, consumer protection and business dispute litigation, as well as general business transactional matters. Assignments will include office management tasks, calendaring, form drafting, client intake/communications, document organization, and related tasks. Litigation experience is a mandatory requirement, both federal and state. Must have excellent organizational skills and particular attention to detail, especially calendaring.
