Immigration Practice Attorney The candidate will support the Immigration Section of International Trade Practice. Must have 2 years of experience in business immigration. Should have experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters, including H, L, E TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; immigrant visa petitions; adjustment of status; and consular processing. Experience developing immigration strategies, programs and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce is preferred. Stellar organizational skills, as well as professional and academic credentials required.
