Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of paralegal experience. Should have experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical and other related records; summarizing depositions, scheduling depositions and independent medical evaluations; Document management experience. Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas essential. Pre-trial and trial experience needed. Must possess a working knowledge of e-filing in Ohio and Federal courts. Should exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Must possess strong technical and database skills. Working knowledge of Trial Director preferred.
