Employment Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of employment litigation experience. Member of California Bar in good standing; 1-2 years of employment litigation experience (drafting motion for class certification and MSJ opposition preferred); Strong legal research and writing skills; Detail orientated and able to take ownership of assigned projects to timely deliver finished work product. Drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondences, and motions, including discovery motions, MSJ oppositions, class certification motions, and motions for settlement approval; Preparing for and attending mediation; Defending depositions; Court appearances.
