Paralegal The candidate should be a defense litigation paralegal with 3+ years of recent defense litigation experience. Must be experienced in Employment and Labor Law and Condominium and Homeowners Association Law and be an independent professional. Should have experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings, Summation, preparation of discovery responses and objections, ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. The ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines is a must. Must be certified through a paralegal program, NALA or are a Florida Registered paralegal.
