Paralegal Assistant The candidate will review court records validating legal document filing and status. Enter various court dates, case numbers, and other court record information into the firm's database. Review and process conformed/authenticated orders returned by the court. Schedule and enter hearing dates via Outlook calendars and the firm's database. Draft electronic documents requested by attorneys from the Firm's document database. Prepare and organize court filing documents. Communicate via phone or email with court clerks, employers, or 3rd party vendors. Should preferably be a High school graduate or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Must have sound judgment, decision-making, and analysis. Should be highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. A solid work ethic and the ability to work quickly are required. Strong organization and the ability to accommodate changing requests/priorities are essential.
