Litigation Attorney The candidate' must be self-motivated and a team player that enables them to address complex issues. Some travel will be necessary. Compensation depends on experience. We respect the confidentiality of all applicants. Speaking Vietnamese is also a plus, but not an absolute requirement. As a small firm, we are flexible about needing time to deal with personal situations. In short, we are looking for an intelligent, dedicated attorney who will impress clients, judges, and jurors in the courtroom. Position will be required to make Court appearances for hearings and trials, attend depositions, conduct administrative hearings, draft pleadings, prepare discovery, briefing and research. Should have 1-3 plus years litigation experience in personal Injuries or civil litigation.
