Associate Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience to join the firms boutique Real Estate transactions law practice. Responsibilities: negotiation and drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, licenses, and company agreements from start to finish. The ideal candidate will (1) have experience drafting each of the foregoing types of agreements, (2) be capable of taking a property acquisition, sale, or lease from start to finish with limited assistance required, (3) be able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and opposing counsel, (4) and be familiar with Texas customs. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas, and member in good standing with State Bar of Texas.
