Part-time Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Preparation of USCIS specific forms, as well as working directly with clients to obtain required information and documentation, administrative office tasks as they relate to the management of the firm, drafting initial motions and pleadings for immigration court for attorney review. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a law firm. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to the ever-changing field of immigration Law. Detail oriented and highly organized. Desired: Bilingual (English / Spanish). Paralegal Certificate. 2 years of experience working at an immigration law firm. Familiarity with immigration processes, including: Immigrant Visa, Adjustment of Status, and H-1B. Paralegal who is interested in working in the field of immigration law. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required, as well as an eagerness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing field of immigration law.
