Litigation Associate Attorney Candidates will handle all aspects of a case from inception through trial, including initial analysis, discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings. Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia with 1-2 years experience in insurance defense practice, preferably with focus on premises liability and/or automobile liability. Must be motivated and have strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Send resume and writing sample.
