Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will be managing litigation, interacting with co-counsel and clients, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and drafting court filings. Should have 2-3 years of litigation experience and is a resourceful, team-oriented attorney with excellent communication and social skills, strong brief writing, and experience with discovery. Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Minnesota.
