Immigration Attorney The candidate must have: JD Degree. 1-2 years experience in immigration law, preferably with EOIR handling court hearings; Must be currently licensed as an attorney and in good standing with a state Bar; Experience drafting family-based immigration petitions; Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus; Desire to work hard and grow as an attorney under the supervision of our top attorneys; a positive and outgoing personality as this position involves heavy client interaction.
