Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience for an innovative boutique solo law firm expanding further into PI world. Should be fluent in Spanish. Must have experience with following tasks: answering phone calls from potential leads/clients; interviewing and screening potential leads/clients via phone/video conference; successfully filtering out bad leads and successfully completing intake for well-qualified leads including signing of clients; coordinating all aspects of client medical care and overall client management; gathering and coordinating required documents/evidence such as medical records, bills, etc. and their organization; drafting demand letters, complaints and motions; drafting and responding to discovery; and all other tasks normally associated with PI cases; using case management software MyCase.
