Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will organize, index and maintain case files. Draft various legal documents including transmittal letters, subpoenas and case summaries for attorney review. Conduct legal research. Gather case related materials including contracts, witness and expert files, and exhibits. File documents with government agencies and courts. Maintain departmental docketing calendar to ensure timely filings. Prepare trial work spaces, including coordinating with IT and outside vendors regarding war room equipment. Provide administrative trial support, including maintaining exhibit lists and filing court documents. Bachelor s degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have 2+ years of related work experience.
