Attorney Recruiting Coordinator The candidate will coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process for summer associate, entry-level, lateral associate, clerkship and patent agent hiring for the Wilmington office. Work closely with the Attorney Recruiting, Professional Development and Diversity teams, but will also maintain strong relationships with the Wilmington hiring partners and office managers to develop strategies for sourcing, attracting and hiring highly-talented and diverse attorneys. Work closely with the Law School Attorney Recruiting Senior Manager to plan, coordinate and lead summer program efforts, monitor the budget and plan and attend events (as practicable) for the Wilmington program. Work closely with the IP Attorney Recruiting team to plan, coordinate and lead patent agent recruiting events in the Wilmington region. Coordinate summer work assignment system, collecting evaluations, coordinate mid/end-of- summer reviews and offers for Wilmington summer associates. Coordinate and oversee all administrative aspects involved in on-campus, entry level, lateral and patent agent recruiting, including registering for on-campus interview programs and job fairs, scheduling interviews, monitoring candidates throughout the process, preparing and sending offer letters, coordinating follow-up efforts and onboarding process for the Wilmington office. Build strategic relationships with Career Services professionals, search firms, law school student groups, affinity groups and other educational institutions (including hosting and coordinating events in the office and on-campus for assigned schools) to advance the Firm's recruiting strategies. Collaborate with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires, including coordinating new associate integration activities for the Wilmington summer, fall, lateral, clerkship and patent agent hires. Coordinate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to advance Firm's diversity hiring strategies and initiatives. Support the Bar compliance process, as well as any other initiatives and needs within the Attorney Recruiting department. Maintain recruiting records and generate viRecruit and Workday reports. Train and mentor junior team members. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services. Corporate Securities Paralegal Duties: The candidate will prepare and file Form IDs with the SEC to obtain EDGAR codes. Prepare and file Form Ds with the SEC and the states. File Form As and Ds with the states, either electronically through EFD or by paper. Coordinate preparation of Form 13F. Perform blue sky research re: state exemptions. Prepare and file state registration and/or exemption documents. Prepare first drafts of response letters to state comment letters. Monitor/track state status of registrations and/or exemptions. Monitor/track and prepare annual state registration and/or exemption renewals. Able to assist in various types of corporate and commercial transactions, including authorizations to do business in the various states. Maintains timely and accurate timekeeping records.
