Paralegal The candidate will manage duties include both administrative tasks and legal work administrative tasks include the following: clerical support including mailing and scanning; maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; perform data entry; manage calendar and emails for attorney; run errands- bank, post office, etc.; prepare and finalize documents, including correspondence, drafts memo and legal documents; schedule and coordinate meetings; and maintain office supplies. Will manage law clerk responsibilities: legal research; assist clients with completion of forms and responding to attorney requests; review legal documents; draft legal documents including agreements and court documents; assemble, organize and summarize case information; and maintain legal calendar. Law student or prospective law student/or some office experience with a law firm. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is needed. Excellent communication skill is essential.
